First Question: I am going to say he is Filo which means he is from The Philippines, a south east Asian country located in the Western Pacific Ocean with a population of approximately 90 million people.
Second Question: "Have a nice day" is "Magandang araw sa'yo!" when translated into the native language of The Philippines, Tagalog. In the sentance, "Magandang" is the adjective, describing the type of day, in this case it is good. The word "araw" refers to day. It can also mean "sun".
Extra information:
Well, I can speak a number of languages. English is my primary language but I can also speak Mandarin, Tagalog, Spanish, Latin, 1337 and Piglatin. All the people who disobey the rules will be punished severely. I shall warn them. If they don't respect my authority, I will show them disiprine by keeping my pimp hand strong. I am quite well known in the community and everybody loves me.
