do the rule violators deserve another chance? (violated the simplest rule: no upgrading in flaris)
i have screenshots so before i post it, i need to know the answer...^^

Depends if he/she has received a warning or not.

If he/she has already been warned but still continues, then he/she will be punished.

No. If they have played for a long duration of time, or if they played for a day, it doesn't matter. Every time you log in, there is a warning. Regardless of rebirths, that's their fault for breaking the rules. Upload then Rjay. Do the right thing. This may be a simple rule, but it is punished by Perma-ban for seriousness. Post it Rjay.

violators don't deserve any chances. There is a notice posted everytime you log in. There's no excuse for that chance.
